Preparation:

Sanding:
Sanding is usually consists of three times and starting from rough grit to fine grit sand paper to finish it.
Preparation:
Wooden floors to be cleaned and buffed up with appropriate grit mesh screen after fine sanding process in terms of the polishing material adhere to the floor surface properly.
Polishing:
Polishing is usually consists of three times and it all takes 3 to 4 days to be finished. However, it may need extra 1 or more days if temperature or environmental conditions are not suitable. After 1st and 2nd polish, floors to be cleaned and buffed up again in terms of final polishing material adhere to the floor surface perfectly.

Staining:
Generally, most people prefer the natural timber color as possible however, we can assist the staining service if you prefer any specific color or obvious color variation by water damages or different timber laid in same spot etc.
On Concrete slab:
– Install moisture barrier film or moisture seal onto the concrete slab.
– Install plywood with metal anchor. (min. 24 anchors per plywood (1200mm X 2400mm))
– Laying overlay or solid timber floor with trawling glue and secret nails.
On Yellow tongue:
– Level sanding the sub floor if required.
– Laying overlay or solid timber floor with trawling glue and secret nails.
